Railfanning in HO scale

I  put this together using pinnacle studio. I am going to use pinnacle studio  for my video editing software. 

Union Pacific Supprise

I luckily got to film this special UP train. It was special because although UP owns the line there is just about no freight on the line. All the line usually sees is passenger trains (Metra).

Layout update 5 part 1

I have been doing a few things around the layout, but I have one major surprise...

Second time railfanning with pictures.

I went by the Union Pacific "New Line" in North Brook and saw three Union Pacific SD90s come and then idle on top of a bridge (edit: at Shemer Juntion). They were idling for at least 2 hours. Sorry for the bad quality.

First time railfanning!!

I went down to the station December 29, 2011 to go railfanning and to get some cool action. I saw 5 trains. Enjoy.

Train 1: Inbound Metra F40PH 154 City Of North Chicago.

Train 2: Outbound Metra F40PH 125 DuPage County with some nice Nathan P5 action.

Train 3: Inbound Metra F40PH 172 Village of Berkeley.

Train 4: Inbound Metra F40PH 164 express Bracside.

Update

Sorry I haven't blogged  for a long time. I just don't have a good editing program and it takes me a hour just to make a video that is 5 minutes long.

N scale layout

Kato has just released the Metra MP36 and Bi-level cars (http://www.katousa.com/N/SS-Bilevel/index.html) and they are amazing. I want them but it is in N scale and as you know I do HO so I decided maybe to make an N scale layout.
